Condition Guide

The following condition guidelines were developed in an attempt to have full transparency. As a customers you should be well aware of what you are purchasing before hand. 

Shop with confidence knowing that non of the devices listed by BSR have been refurbished, meaning all the devices come with original parts. All the devices go through quality check from which they are assigned to one of the following conditions;

A brand new device that is still sealed in the box and has not yet been opened. Any exceptions to this condition description will be mentioned on the product detail page.

A device that is still new but the original package is not sealed anymore. Most of these devices have never been used, but some have been used but for not longer than 7 days. It may come with original protective wrapping on the device, whereas on some devices it may be missing. It may also come with original packaging or re-packaged. The devices shows no signs of use. Any exceptions will be mentioned on the device description.

Like New

A device that is in a perfect working condition. It is in every way like a new device except that it may have non to minor signs of use, such as light scratches. It may come with original packaging or re-packaged. Any exceptions will be mentioned on the device description.

Used Excellent

A device that is in a perfect working condition, however, it shows some signs of use such as minor scratches, and dents. It may come with original packaging or re-packaged. Any exceptions will be mentioned on the device description.
